- Montgomery Central Appraisal District — taxing unit codes; property search for individual properties.
- Montgomery County GIS open data — subdivision, MUD, ESD, school, city, WCID, and road utility district boundaries, plus the public tax parcel layer (each parcel's MCAD taxing units, property-type code, and building data; counts only).

Method
Each plat section is overlaid on district boundaries to find its dominant school district, city, MUD, ESD, and water or road district, then checked against the taxing units on its MCAD parcel records, which adds management, drainage, and other districts the maps lack. Sections of the same development are combined onto one page. The combined rate is county + hospital district + Lone Star College (where its district applies) + school + city or Township + MUD + ESD + WCID/RUD. The newest adopted rate is used (2026 from the tax office, else 2025). Rates are refreshed each fall after taxing units adopt them.
